Construction Update

The construction report is usually the most fun part of writing this, but we aren’t underway right now. With this next segment going right under Norfolk Southern’s main freight line, we have to make sure all of the details are completely nailed down before we step foot on their property.

And of course what happens when you get an engineer and a contractor together in a room? Let’s just say I am making popcorn for the next meeting. In all seriousness, we are almost there and we hope to get underway in the next two months. But YES, we are behind schedule by a few months at this point.

The good news is that with all of this rain we have had, we wouldn’t have wanted to be under construction anyway…
